The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to announce a powerful full-day workshop: 7.5 Leadership Keys to Excellence, March 29 at Normandale Community College in Bloomington.  It will be facilitated by Bryan Williams of B. The overall purpose of this workshop is to help leaders develop a strong team that consistently exceeds expectations.  The retreat will explore the daily leadership habits and proven tactics to sustain excellence on any team, and will focus on best practices that promote/sustain excellent team and organizational outcomes.

The workshop will focus on:

  • The dynamics that cause employees to “quit and stay” (become disengaged and unproductive)
  • What leadership qualities and skills reverse that trend and cause employees to stay and thrive
  • How leaders can build on that momentum to thrive and sustain high performance

The session will be highly interactive, fun, practical and actionable.  It will include a “capstone” mini-project, focusing on a real issue in your organization (so that leaders walk out with the beginning of a plan of action).  The workshop is designed to help any leader in any organization improve performance of his/her team.


Cost for the full day is $325 for members ($650 for non-members). Discounts available for teams of 3-4 from the same organization registering at the same time ($300) as well as teams of 5+ ($275).

About the Facilitator

The workshop will be delivered by Dr. Bryan Williams of B. Williams Enterprise, LLC. Bryan is a keynote speaker, consultant, and author, who is a noted authority on service excellence and leadership effectiveness. Previously, Bryan worked with the world-renowned Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company for ten years. In his last role, he was the Global Corporate Director of Training & Organizational Effectiveness. Brian holds a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership.
