Andy Zimney, Team Performance Coach and Strategist, Employee Strategies, Inc.
Today’s high-speed world demands an ever increasing level of adaptation. How do we successfully lead our teams when strategic plans seem to be obsolete within minutes of their completion?
The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Andy Zimney, Team Performance Coach and Strategist, Employee Strategies, Inc., to our September 7 PEN breakfast: “The Improviser’s Strategy for Creating Value.”
In this session, Andy will describe the four key stages of execution that improvisers and other innovative leaders use to routinely move things forward and create value even in the most ambiguous of conditions. Through this interactive session, participants will have the opportunity to develop more effective mindsets, skillsets, and toolsets for leading through change.
The discussion is Sept 7 Minneapolis Community and Technical College, downtown Minneapolis, in room L3000 (details provided after registration). Continental breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 8:00 with the presentation from 8:00 to 9:00 am. To register, contact Brian Lassiter at email@example.com.
Livestreaming and video-on-demand are now also available ($20 member, $40 non-member; free for Premium/Sponsoring Members). Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and for the link to register for livestream or on demand.
