Gayle Noakes, Gayle Noakes Consulting LLC
Moved to May 6 and now virtual (by interactive video!)
How many hours have you spent in meetings that go nowhere? Meetings should be a place where people come together to share their experience and their ideas for improvement in order to form the best course of action for the organization. Too many meetings fall far short of this. And far too much time is being wasted as a result.
The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to announce a special half-day workshop the morning of May 6: “Lead Meetings People WANT to Attend.” The workshop will be facilitated by Gayle Noakes of Gayle Noakes Consulting LLC (and formerly Chief Learning Officer at CliftonLarsonAllen). The workshop will be fully online, but still interactive.
What if YOU are the person who everyone says “I like going to their meetings – we actually accomplish something!” During this hands-on workshop, you will learn and apply simple, practical techniques that – when used consistently – will gain you this reputation.
At the end of the workshop, you will be able to:
- Decide if you should have a meeting
- Set a meeting up for success
- Conduct a meeting that accomplishes the intended results
- New: Learn tips for conducting virtual meetings
Learn and practice tools and techniques that improve meeting effectiveness, personal and team productivity, and improve overall decision making for your organization! Investing four hours will save you potentially hundreds of hours next year!
Workshop May 6 from 8:00-12:00 online. Investment $200 for members ($175 for groups of 3-4 registering together, $150 for groups of 5+ registering together), $400 for non-members.
We all need to be more efficient now in managing our time and managing our team discussions — in person or online. Don’t miss this powerful, useful workshop!
