David Deal, Vice President of Operations at Sparboe Farms
How do you determine what are the right metrics to make your business successful? And once chosen, how do you make the changes required to your business processes that will assure sustainable success?
The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome David Deal, Vice President of Operations at Sparboe Farms, to our March 3 Minneapolis breakfast discussion: “Metrics That Move the Business.”
Choosing the right metrics, at the right level of the organization – and preparing the people who must own the process – are the foundational keys to successful execution. David will discuss how to determine what is most important in your organization, how to prioritize it, and how to execute the improvement process to assure success once you have your metrics.
The discussion is March 3 at Minneapolis Community and Technical College, downtown Minneapolis, in room L3000 (details provided after registration). Continental breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 8:00 with the presentation from 8:00 to 9:00 am. To register, contact Brian Lassiter at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Livestreaming and video-on-demand are now also available ($20 member, $40 non-member; free for Premium/Sponsoring Members). Please contact email@example.com for more information and for the link to register.
