Rob will share a “Customer Hero” repeatable framework that applies the power of story and connected listening, which participants can use in their customer-facing (internal or external) conversations to deliberately create the impact of trust and emotionally connect with those they need to influence and lead. Participants will learn the science behind emotional connection with their customers, as well as creating their “Who am I” and “Who I Represent” stories. These stories will be nothing like they have created before and ones they can use immediately for more effective communication, influence, and (formal or informal) selling.

Biography – Rob Stenberg
Rob teaches communication, storytelling and connective listening to companies and individuals interested in increasing their ability to influence, engage, lead and sell. His passion is adding value to others so they can reach the goals they set for themselves.
He holds certifications as a John Maxwell speaker, trainer and coach as well as a Mike Bosworth Story Seeker Affiliate. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the College of St. Scholastica with degrees in Management and Marketing. But, don’t be too impressed. Some graduates follow a four-year plan, some a five-year plan, to graduate from college. Rob was on what he calls, the 31-year plan.
Rob has over 25 years of selling experience and believes that the quickest way to grow a business is to grow the people in that business, so he works with organizations looking to improve from the inside, by growing their people.
