Brianna Harrington, Seek United
Our personal and professional lives are intertwined. Stress can significantly impact our ability to make strategic decisions at work and thoughtful decisions about our health and wellbeing. Being able to manage your stress sometimes is the difference between success and failure, both in our professional and personal lives.
The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to host a special discussion featuring Brianna Harrington, the founder of Seek United (an organization dedicated to helping people thrive), at our January 21 Mankato area PEN breakfast entitled “Stress Resiliency.” Brianna delivered a terrific discussion at PEN’s St. Paul breakfast forum last November, so we’ll watch the video of that discussion and discuss some of her best practices as a group.
Brianna will share techniques to manage and reduce stress that all of us can use! She will explore the role that “hyper-consumption” is having on us all, and the role that organizations need to have to help their employees reduce stress and achieve their best outcomes. Increase your capacity to effortlessly deal with high-stress situations and reduce the long-term health impacts of prolonged stress on the body by learning how to make small changes in your daily habits.
For some “teaser” insights from Bri, listen to her recent podcast here.
The discussion will be hosted by South Central College in North Mankato. Continental breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 8:00 with the discussion from 8:00 to 9:00 am. For a limited time, Mankato Area PEN breakfasts are offered at NO COST for both members and non-members!! So come try out the forum – learn practices that can improve your organization’s performance and network with local leaders and professionals who are passionate about excellence!
